SELFTOUPIE offers a maximum capacity of 1000 l in transport mode and can reach 1500 l in concrete mixer mode. This distinction between modes allows flexibility according to the needs of the site, while respecting the legislation in force concerning the total loaded weight for the transport of concrete, limited to 3500kg​​.

Functioning

SELFTOUPIE is equipped with an electric or thermal motor depending on the model, which activates a rotating drum mounted on a hydraulic tilting frame. This configuration not only allows the concrete to be mixed but also to be easily unloaded using an unloading chute, thus facilitating operations on the site.

Concrete Quality

The specific design of SELFTOUPIE's interior blades ensures constant quality of the concrete, allowing continuous and homogeneous stirring of the mixture, whatever the volume stirred. This ensures that the properties of the concrete are preserved during transport and until its implementation.

Consistency adjustment

the ability to adjust the water directly in the router thanks to a water reserve of almost 100 liters offers precise control over the workability of the concrete, allowing adjustments on site to meet the specific requirements of each application​ ​.

Versatility of mixtures

In concrete mixer mode, SELFTOUPIE operates as a horizontal mixer at variable speed, without technical limits in the types of mixtures. This allows great adaptability to concrete or mortar needs, from the most standard to the most specific.

Permits and regulations

SELFTOUPIE requires an EB trailer license and a light vehicle with a GVW of 3,500 kg. Load distribution has been studied by the French leader in trailer manufacturing. Its driving stability has been optimized.
